- We only rent per month.
- Low season is from January 1th until June 30th and from September 1th until December 31th.
- High season is from July 1th until August 31th.

Additional costs
- electricity and heating at costprice accordig to usage
- usage of the washing machine or dryer: 2.50 Euro
- the garbage bags of the township
- Cleaning the house after departure:
- cottage with 1 bedroom: 25 Euro
- cottage with 2 bedrooms: 27 Euro
- cottage for 6 persons: 29 Euro
Arrival and departure
- Arrival the first of the month from 2pm onwards
- Departure the last of the month before midday
Conditions for cancelling
If you cancel then we pay you back the rent of the periods allready paid proratated on the number of nights we can rent to somebody else.
